Ingredients:
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, optional
- 1/4 cup dried fruit, optional
Instructions:
1. Place the oats, water, salt, and cinnamon in the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
2. Secure the lid and set the pressure valve to sealing.
3. Select the “porridge” setting and adjust the time to 4 minutes.
4. When the cooking cycle is complete, press the “cancel” button and allow the pressure to release naturally.
5. Stir in the walnuts and dried fruit, if using. Serve warm. Enjoy!
