Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 (6-ounce) wild-caught salmon fillets
• 1/4 cup water
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Set the Instant Pot to the Saute setting and heat the olive oil.
2. Add the ginger, soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.
3. Place the salmon fillets in the Instant Pot. Pour the water over the salmon.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Close the lid, set the vent to the sealed position, and set the time to 3 minutes.
6. When the cooking time is finished, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick-release the remaining pressure.
7. Carefully remove the salmon from the Instant Pot and serve. Enjoy!
