Instant Pot Tacos

Ingredients:

1 lb beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
1 cup frozen corn kernels
8-10 taco shells

Instructions:

1. Set the Instant Pot to the sauté setting and add the ground beef. Cook until the beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the taco seasoning and water and stir to combine. Turn off the sauté setting.
3. Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, green chiles, and corn. Stir to combine.
4. Cover the Instant Pot and seal the vent. Set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
5. Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
6. Serve the taco filling in warm taco shells and top with your favorite toppings.
