The Case of the Instant Pot Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

2-3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Place the cubed sweet potatoes in the Instant Pot.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, salt, and pepper.
3. Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the steam release valve to the sealing position.
4. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
5. Quick release the pressure and open the lid.
6. Mash the sweet potatoes with a potato masher or fork until desired texture is reached.
7. Serve warm.
