Our kitchen serves simple, honest food that reflects a devotion to quality and responsibility made possible by partnerships with like-minded farmers, artisans and growers who provide products that are sustainably sourced, whenever possible. Art and Soul exudes true warmth and hospitality. Playful regional elements such as hand-painted farm signs and traditional folk art are also used throughout the space in honor of the D.C. restaurant's regional influences. In warmer weather, an expansive front patio provides an al fresco dining option with a fire-pit .and grill.
I recently visited Art and Soul and was so impressed with their commitment to quality and sustainability. The food was simple and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I especially loved the regional elements like the hand-painted farm signs and folk art which gave the restaurant a unique feel. In the warmer months, the front patio is a great spot to enjoy a meal al fresco with the fire-pit and grill. Highly recommend!
