FIRE ROASTED SEAFOOD TOWER
This is a departure from the cold icy towers of most steakhouses. Straight from the hearth, this sizzling hot collection of seafood includes Maine lobster, Alaskan king crab, Gulf shrimp, Manila clams, roasted oysters, and seared scallops, finished with a garlic butter/chili oil.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maple & Ash and was blown away by their Fire Roasted Seafood Tower. The tower was so different from the cold towers of other steakhouses, with all the seafood coming straight from the hearth. The flavors were bold and alive and the lobster, king crab, shrimp, clams, oysters, and scallops were all cooked to perfection. The garlic butter/chili oil sauce was the perfect accompaniment. True to their name, there's fire in everything Maple & Ash does, and it certainly shows in the quality of their food. Highly recommended!
