I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rose's Luxury, an eclectic New American restaurant located in a cozy, converted townhouse. The small plates menu was crafted with care and the upstairs bar provided a great atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique dining experience.
