I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sage Bistro and it was incredible! The food was delicious and fresh, and you could really tell that Chef Jordan puts a lot of passion into creating healthier, high quality dishes. I was especially impressed that they only use wild-caught fish. The sauces, soups, and tapas were all so yummy and visually appealing. The restaurant staff was also amazing. Executive Chef Jordan, General Manager Sara, and Chief Supporter Kurt all made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend Sage Bistro!
